What is the difference between a gift card and a digital gift card?

The only difference is that you will receive theGift card physically while the digital gift cardwill be sent to you by email.

Can I use a Gift Card in a country other than the country of purchase?

No, the Gift Card can only be used on the Boboli website in the country of purchase.

Can I top up a Gift Card?

No, the available balance is only that of the first load of the card.

Can I check the balance of my gift card?

Yes, you can check the balance of your gift card by going to the  "My account" section in the  "My gift cards" option. You will be able to see your active cards and you can check the balance by entering the gift card number (13 digits)..

How can I use a Gift Card at www.boboli.ie?

Select the payment method  "Gift Card"  and enter the card number  (13 digits).

For what reason can my Gift Card be declined?

Your Gift Card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

- You may have no balance left on your Card.

- You may have entered incorrect information. Please check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Can I return a Gift Card?

No. The balance on the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

What happens if I return a product purchased on www.boboli.ie with a Gift Card?

The refund will be made by creating a voucher.
